Name: BWAF Philly 2018: The 12th Black Women’s Arts Festival
Dates: Saturday and Sunday, September 15th and 16th
Location: The Rotunda, 4014 Walnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19104 http://www.TheRotunda.org
Times: 1:00pm to 9:00pm, both days.

Hello! We are so pleased and excited you will be featuring this year! If you see your name above, you’re more than welcome to self-promote various ways including creating your own Facebook Event!
How:
* Title it “[Your Name] at the 2018 Black Women’s Arts Festival”
* Use the event info, location, and times as listed in this Festival News.
* State that you will update with your exact performance time when you have it.
* Include all the pics and artist bio info you want.
* Post your event link on the BWAF fan page or group.
* Tag Cassendre and Amor on your posts.

4) CALL FOR ARTISTS & PRESENTERS
We are now accepting submissions for Film, Theater, Music, Dance, Comedy, Poetry/Spoken Word, Visual/Fine Art, Speakers/Workshop Presenters, and more.

Amor La Luna (Producer) is scheduling the performances, screenings, lectures/workshops, and vendors of this year’s Festival.

To apply, please send:

*200 word maximum bio
*Face or band pic
*Link/URL to primary/professional website, blog or social media, etc.
*Please put “ARTIST/PRESENTER” in the subject

We are also seeking volunteers to help us produce and promote this year’s Festival.
There are many ways you could help, including online only, and all respectful persuns are welcome to volunteer!
